Dr. Florisa S. Singson, M.D.
Background and Education:
Dr. Singson grew up in her home country of the Philippines and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Santo Tomas, where she graduated with honors. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, the oldest medical school in the Philippines. She went on to complete her residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School Ghent Family Medicine, and has been a board-certified family practitioner since 1994.
For 25 years, she served as a contracted senior physician at Admiral Joel T. Boone Branch Health Clinic, where she was recognized as one of the top 20 primary care providers in Navy Medicine, with a 100% satisfaction rate (The Navy Medicine Best of the Joint Outpatient Experience Survey, 2016).
Dr. Singson takes pride in treating her patients like a member of her own family, and is described by her colleagues as an exceptionally detail-oriented and caring practitioner.

Dr. Nelia A. Orbeta, M.D.
Background and Education:
Dr. Orbeta received her Doctorate of Medicine at Far Eastern University Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation located in Manila, Philippines in 1968. She went on to complete her residency at Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center and Portsmouth General Hospital. She has been a board-certified general practitioner since 2000.
From 1975 to 1982, she worked at DePaul Medical Center as an emergency room physician. In addition, she served as contracted physician at Admiral Joel T. Boone Branch Health Clinic from 1996 to 2010, and has been a partner at Parkway Family Practice for more than 10 years.
With more than 50 years of experience as a medical professional, Dr. Orbeta is committed to providing her patients with the highest quality of care.
